The Loop Mag ad Spec’s

We accept CD / DVD with all files, plus a full size color correct proof* or email files.

We accept CD / DVD with all files, plus a full size color correct proof* or email files to , as well as mailing a full size color correct proof.*

*All ads must have a full-size color correct SWOP-certified color correct proof provided, or else The Loop Mag cannot guarantee reproduction quality or placement.

 

  • High resolution PDF at 100%, 300 DPI; or InDesign file, Photoshop document, or Illustrator EPS.
  • WE DO NOT ACCEPT MS PUBLISHER, MS WORD, FREEHAND, or QUARKXPRESS.
  • Please include with InDesign and Illustrator EPS files:
    • Document file collected for output
    • Fonts (screen and printer)
    • Images at 100%, 300 DPI
  • Please make sure that all images supplied are not RGB or LZW compressed.
  • They must be at least 300 DPI.
  • They must be CMYK.
  • B&W images must be specified; grayscale, bit-mapped, or 4/c B&W.
  • No spot PMS colors can be printed with out further expense, and advance notification about which PMS color will be printed. Otherwise please provide all files in CMYK
